As per the constitution of DUBAA, Trusts can be established by one or more members of DUBAA or by the family members of the former student(s) of the Department of Botany, University of Dhaka, by donating Taka 5,00,000 or more. Each trust is governed a Board of Trustee and a guideline agreed upon by the trustee(s) and DUBAA. Each trust fund is invested as fixed-term investment and the interest/profit is used to give scholarships and/or awards to the students of the Department of Botany, University of Dhaka
