As per the constitution of DUBAA, membership of DUBAA is described as below.
Eligibility of DUBAA Membership
A former student of the Department of Botany of the University of Dhaka who has received BSc (honours) / BS (Honours) / MSc / MS / Mphil / PhD certificate from the Department can become a member of DUBAA.
Membership Categories
- General Member: Annual fee is Taka 1,000
- Life Member: One-time fee is Taka 3,000
- Life Membership of alumni living abroad: One-time fee is US$ 100 or equivalent Bangladeshi Taka
- Donor Member: One can become a Donor Member of DUBAA by donating Taka 100,000 to DUBAA fund
- Well-wisher Member: A person who cannot be a DUBAA member, can become a Well-wisher Member of DUBAA by donating Taka 100,000 or more to the scholarship, trust, donation or any other funds of DUBAA.
Privileges of DUBAA Members
Except the Well-wisher Members, all other members of DUBAA can participate in the election of any DUBAA committee in any post or can be nominated in any post of DUBAA or can work in any post of DUBAA. The Well-wisher Members can participate in different activities and events of DUBAA.
